Job Purpose:

Responsible for assigning, executing, and supervising the proper accomplishment of corrective,

preventive, and predictive programs carried out in the systems, machinery, and equipment within the

processes under their responsibility. Ensures availability, improves efficiency, and enhances the quality of

operational services provided, while maintaining CEER's Manufacturing Operations Divisions’ standards.

Key Functional Responsibilities:

· Guides and oversees the Team’s activities, ensuring compliance with established procedures, safety

regulations, and production objectives. Allocates tasks based on individual skills and production

needs and addresses discipline problems within the team.

· Considers production requirements, priorities, budget, and KPIs. Ensures efficient utilization of

manpower, material, and equipment resources.

· Establishes protocols for preventive and predictive measures, schedules and oversees inspection

plans, and leads the development and implementation of strategies to improve reliability and

maximize operational efficiency.

· Uses data-driven methodologies to monitor equipment performance, identifies potential problems,

and takes proactive corrective actions. Leads efforts to resolve technical issues and coordinates

repair activities.

· Collaborates with cross-functional teams to oversee spare parts inventory, ensuring availability to

support maintenance needs. Plans spares for the operations line and coordinates repair activities for

replaced spares.

· Prepares personal development plans for Maintenance Team members, develops training materials,

and conducts training sessions in areas related to new equipment, technologies, and maintenance

best practices.

· Works closely with stakeholders, represents and protects CEER’s interests in various interactions,

and ensures the deployment of necessary policies, processes, procedures, and controls for

compliance. Ensures that all the reports and KPIs are prepared and updated timely and accurately.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Diploma Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a relevant field

Experience:

6 years Minimum, 1 year in Leadership role
