Job Purpose: 

This role is responsible to support and coordinate the team’s daily activities by ensuring compliance with established procedures, safety standards, and production objectives and contributes to the development of team members while maintaining alignment with CEER’s policies, processes, and operational goals. 

Key Functional Responsibilities: 

• Supports the team’s daily activities, ensuring adherence to established procedures, safety regulations, and production objectives. Assists in allocating tasks based on individual skills and production needs. 

• Allocate tasks and responsibilities to Maintenance Team members with their individual skills, abilities, expertise, and the specific requirements of the production needs. 

• Monitors production requirements and priorities, ensuring the effective utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment to meet operational goals. Provides input to optimize processes and resource allocation within defined limits. 

• Implements and follows existing protocols for preventive and predictive measures. Assists in scheduling and conducting inspections to ensure operational reliability and efficiency. 

• Coordinates small-scale technical issue resolution and collaborates with maintenance teams for repairs  

• Supports spare parts management by tracking inventory levels and reporting shortages. Assists in planning spares for operational lines and facilitates communication for repair activities related to replaced spares. 

• Comply with safety regulations and maintain 5S in work areas & follow CMS Principals. 

• Identify and resolve technical issues, breakdowns, and malfunctions in equipment and coordinate repair activities to the prompt and efficient restoration of equipment operation.  

• Conduct equipment failures analysis and ensure to implement permanent solutions in the equipment and coordinate horizontal deployments of the actions. 

 

Education: 

High School with Technical Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical or related industrial field. 

Experience: 

3 years Minimum, in Paint Shop Automotive industrial maintenance, 1 year in Leadership role
