Technician, Paint Shop Process

Job Purpose: 

This role is responsible for day-to-day operations, chemicals preparation, paint controls and preparation, sealers controls, dirt analysis, process checking and assessment to achieve the production targets. 

Key Functional Responsibilities: 

• Perform safety checks and implement safety measures to ensure that all components adhere to the required safety, quality standards and specifications to prevent accidents or hazards.  

• Escalate to the Team Leader or Group Leader for any non-compliance observed. 

• Support the process PCP and Implements reaction plan when parameters are not according to the PCP also keep records of KPI defines in the area  

• Participate in PSP and all troubleshooting tools develop to resolve problems and continue improvement.  

• Check records of every new batch of material added to the production line, certificates of analysis and any other register that support material traceability 

Education: 

Technical High School, or Diploma in Chemistry, Mechanics, Electrical, Mechatronic or any related field 

Experience: 

2 Years of Minimum experience in Automotive Paint Shop Process team, Dirt control analysis experience is required.
