Assistant, Warehouse

Supply Chain

Job Purpose

This role is responsible for supporting warehouse operations by efficiently handling, storing, and supplying materials, ensuring accuracy, safety, and organization in line with CEER’s procedures.


Key Functional Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming shipments of raw materials, car parts, and consumables in accordance with CEER’s procedures.
  • Transport materials to the designated receiving area using appropriate equipment such as forklifts, dollies, and pallet trucks.
  • Verify received items against delivery notes to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Organize and store materials systematically in racks and shelves to maintain order and accessibility.
  • Supply materials to production lines to support the pilot build team, following the established build plan.
  • Conduct periodic physical inventory checks of raw materials, car parts, and consumables stored in the warehouse.
  • Maintain clear segregation between raw materials, car parts, and consumables to ensure proper handling and inventory control.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and warehouse procedures during all operations.
  • Report any safety hazards, damaged goods, or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate documentation for received and dispatched materials.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

Job Requirements

Education

  • Diploma or High School Certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Technology, or equivalent.

Experience

  • 0–2 years in a relevant field.
