Job Purpose

This role is responsible in assisting in the development and implementation of robust HSE policies, procedures, and risk management frameworks. Collaborating cross-functionally to identify hazards, investigate incidents, and drive continuous improvement in HSE and Facility performance.

 

Job Role

Key Functional Responsibilities

 

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and risk assessment frameworks. Apply industry knowledge to recommend improvements to facility operations and safety practices.
  • Operate as a member of incident investigation teams, gather data, and track implementation of corrective actions. Help lead facility audits to verify compliance with approved designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate incidents, determine root causes, and implement sustainable preventive measures.
  • Coordinate with government authorities and external auditors during site visits and inspections.
  • Prepare and distribute safety communications to the organization. Keep track of contractual requirements and provide feedback to improve vendor relationships
  • Organize and support safety forums, training, and management of change processes.
  • Clarify roles and responsibilities, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of facility and HSE initiatives.

 

 

Job Requirements

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Engineering or equivalent fields.
