Associate Engineer, Testing and Validation Center

Job Purpose

The Associate Engineer in the Testing and Validation Center is responsible for overseeing the benchmarking of fleet vehicles and ensuring their alignment with customer requirements. This role involves coordinating testing activities, managing vehicle maintenance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance vehicle performance and reliability in the KSA and GCC markets.

Key Accountabilities:

Benchmarking fleet vehicles:

• Coordinate with CFT for the vehicle purchase, insurance and registration process
• Inspect the vehicles periodically, report issues observed and plan to fix it
• Reduce the down time of the vehicles such that CFT can utilize it efficiently
• Efficiently manage multiple teams request for the vehicle usage
• Coordinate with local service providers and government agencies in case of vehicle breakdown or accident.

Customer function:

• Understand the KSA and GCC customer needs and implement the requirements for our vehicles
• Assess customer function parameters both subjectively and objectively in vehicles
• Coordinate with testing agencies and plan for the vehicle testing for the customer function parameters
• Work with module teams for design implementation according to intended customer needs
• Purchase instruments, equipment and efficiently use it to measure the customer function parameters in the vehicles

Qualifications, Experience

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• 0-3 years of experience.
• Fluency in English
