Developer, Web/Intranet

Write and enhance applications for Ceer Motors including Sharepoint, Web/Intranet, Scripting and Power BI.

Participate in CAB reviews (Change Management).

• Build and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable code.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and solve problems.
• Supporting intranet solutions and collaboration tools in areas such as MS Teams, WebEx, Sharepoint, Yammer, HTML, ASP, SQL etc
• Adding users to IT Applications and monitor usage of IT Applications for adoption and improvement
• Work with and build good relationships with Internal customers to understand their requirements
• Support the transition of new or enhanced Applications to the production environment
• Maintain IT Application inventory, license requirements, documentation, support and processes relating to Applications
• Contribute to the Application investment and operating budget, forecasting, planning and budgeting
• Root cause analysis and resolution of action items affecting Application reliability and reduction of failure rates and downtime
• Develop & Plan maintenance activities
• Contribute to the Knowledge System and share knowledge within the first line support team and Self Help
• Recommends Cost savings/efficiencies
• Maintaining software and system updates
• Using workflows and forms to maximize efficiency of business processes
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, Python and RUST
• Demonstrable experience, working on modern web applications, such as React
• Experience in Power Apps or Power Automate Low-Code/No-Code platforms.
• Experience with Git or other version control systems
• Good understanding of server-side languages/frameworks using any of the following: PHP/Laravel, .NET Core 3.1, Python/Django frameworks, on premises and deployment to Cloud platform/services
• Proficiency in RESTful API/SOAP API development
• Experience in implementing/managing applications to public cloud e.g. Azure
• Database experience such as MS SQL, Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, NoSQL, etc.
• Design user friendly experiences, brand-compliant and powerful with analyzing and improving web performance in complex UI and UX
• Solid understanding of software development principles and design patterns
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
