Engineer, Corporate Facilities
Job Purpose:
This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and optimization of corporate
facility systems by overseeing technical projects, conducting equipment inspections, coordinating
preventive maintenance, analysing performance data, creating reports and dashboards, implementing
improvements, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards to support
organizational objectives and operational excellence.
Key Functional Responsibilities:
· Manage the operation, maintenance, and optimization of corporate facility systems, including
mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
· Lead technical projects such as system upgrades, renovations, or installations, ensuring they are
completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
· Analyze equipment and system performance, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements
and implementing solutions to optimize operations.
· Ensure corporate facilities adhere to health, safety, environmental, and local regulatory standards.
· Design and oversee preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the
lifespan of facility systems and equipment.
· Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to ensure quality service delivery and effective
implementation of facility-related projects.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Engineering or equivalent fields.
Experience:
3 years minimum of Experience in Facility Management
