Group Leader, Reliability and Process Monitoring
Operations Quality
Key Responsibilities

Uphold health and safety protocols within the Quality laboratory.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve quality and reliability issues.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Achieve and maintain laboratory accreditation to ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
- Schedule staff and manage their workload.
- Order supplies and manage the disposal of samples within the Lab.
- Train lab technicians and ensure continuous professional development.
- Lead root cause analysis investigations for any reliability issues identified.
- Review, edit, and approve laboratory reports.
- Ensure all laboratory equipment is maintained and calibrated.
- Manage the reliability workshop and process monitoring group.
- Develop and implement strategies to use the lab as a third-party service provider.
- Oversee the development and execution of process monitoring for manufacturing operations
- Ensure the reliability workshop is equipped with the necessary tools and equipment.
Skills

Proficient in Technical English spoken & written
- Proficient with laboratory equipment and procedures.
- Knowledge of laboratory information management systems and quality control processes.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with team members, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
- Ability to organize and conduct meetings, and facilitate clear communication within the team.
- Strong managerial and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret reliability test data.
- Ability to lead and conduct root cause analysis investigations.
- Knowledge of automotive industry standards and practices related to reliability testing.
Experience
-
At least 4-5 years of experience working in Quality laboratory setting.
- Previous roles should include supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
- Excellent managerial skills with a proven track record.
- Expert knowledge of laboratory health and safety protocols.
- Experience working in a laboratory, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Experience in managing a team and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in conducting and managing reliability issues analysis for automotive components.
Educational Background
-
Bachelor's degree in Engineering , or related technical field.
- Additional certifications in laboratory management or quality control are referred.
