Job Purpose |
The aftersales warranty manager will manage all aspects of warranty operations in Ceer starting from the strategy development to seamless execution in customer facing operations. In his scope he will work with multiple stakeholders inside and outside Ceer to maintain effective and waste free warranty policy. He will also seek continuous improvement in all warranty operations to provide the best customer experience |
