Fixed Assets will be responsible for developing policies and procedures for fixed asset management and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Your expertise in asset management will play a crucial role in optimizing our resources and enhancing our operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive fixed asset management strategy, including acquisition, tracking, valuation, and disposal
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of fixed assets, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate reporting of fixed assets
- Monitor and analyze fixed asset performance and recommend improvements as necessary
- Conduct regular audits of fixed assets to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Provide guidance and training to staff on fixed asset management processes and best practices
- Prepare financial reports related to fixed assets for senior management review
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, asset management, or a related field
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in fixed asset management, accounting, or finance
- Strong understanding of fixed asset accounting principles and practices
- Proven experience in implementing asset management systems and processes
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in financial software and asset management systems
