Indirect Procurement
Job Purpose
The role is responsible for managing Professional Services procurement operations and activities. This includes establishing procurement policies, procedures, and processes; managing procurement platforms; analyzing vendors' offers; negotiating contracts; and ensuring the timely delivery of services that align with CEER’s standards and strategic objectives.
Key Functional Responsibilities
- Study and review stakeholders’ needs and requirements for procurement, including required services and products.
- Determine the necessary technical specifications—including scope of work and technical expertise—in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Manage procurement platforms and channels to ensure efficient and effective order placement.
- Review and analyze vendors' offers to ensure they meet technical and financial requirements, working closely with concerned stakeholders.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess and measure the quality of delivered services, ensuring purchase orders are cost‑efficient and technically compliant.
- Manage the preparation, development, and submission of RFPs and RFQs using the appropriate forms to ensure CEER’s requirements are met effectively.
- Establish and distribute Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) among employees in coordination with the relevant business functions.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or an equivalent field.
Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
