Job Purpose
This role is responsible for driving the design, governance, and continuous improvement of CEER‑wide processes. It ensures that organizational processes are standardized, controlled, and aligned with CEER’s strategic objectives. The role oversees process governance and cross‑functional alignment, ensuring that process evolution is intentional, transparent, and value‑driven.
Key Functional Responsibilities
- Guide the end‑to‑end design and development of CEER’s process operating model, including policies, standards, workflows, controls, and decision‑making frameworks.
- Develop and implement enterprise‑level process hierarchies, RACI models, escalation paths, and governance structures.
- Build and maintain integrated process‑management systems that support quality assurance and organizational compliance.
- Develop and manage the complete process‑change lifecycle, including impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and readiness planning.
- Oversee the transition from project delivery to Business‑as‑Usual (BAU) operations, ensuring clear ownership and measurable performance indicators.
- Lead enterprise‑wide process harmonization and transformation programs, ensuring smooth adoption of new or revised processes.
- Guide governance for process‑related policies, including lifecycle management, document control, versioning, auditability, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful adoption of updated or newly introduced processes.
Managerial Accountabilities
- Achieve assigned objectives through setting KPIs, managing team performance, and developing and motivating staff.
- Participate in developing business plans in line with departmental goals.
- Ensure effective implementation of policies, procedures, and controls across all assigned activities.
- Prepare and manage the section’s budget, monitoring performance against approved financial guidelines.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability across systems, processes, and practices, ensuring alignment with leading standards, productivity goals, and cost‑efficiency targets.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of all section reports in compliance with CEER policies and quality standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of information within and outside CEER.
- Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) policies and standards across all relevant business functions.
Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
