Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships & Business Development
Job Purpose
This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing high-level partnerships with global OEMs, technology providers, and new mobility players ensuring a sustainable footstep of CEER in the global automotive industry.
Key Functional Responsibilities

Identify and prioritize high-value partnership opportunities that align with CEER’s long-term strategic
objectives by conducting comprehensive market intelligence, competitive analysis, and
due-diligence assessments to evaluate suitability, strategic fit, and potential impact.

Lead global strategic relationships with OEMs and other key global partners to drive long-term value
creation, enhance CEER’s global positioning, and support sustained strategic growth.

Lead end‑to‑end complex contract negotiations from initial exploratory discussions through to
finalizing long‑term partnership agreements and managing RFQ processes, ensuring optimal
outcomes and strategic value for CEER.

Develop and maintain a strong, forward-looking business development pipeline, ensuring systematic
tracking of opportunities and delivering regular, insight-driven progress reports to top management to
support informed strategic decision-making.

Monitor industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging technological innovations such as
advancements in battery technologies and AI integration to proactively identify new growth
opportunities and inform CEER’s strategic direction.

Achieve the assigned objectives through the setting of individual objectives, managing performance,
and developing and motivating staff.

Participate in the development of the section’s business plans according to the department
objectives.

Ensure the effective implementation of policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of
assigned activities.

Prepare the budget required from the section and monitor financial performance versus the budget
while ensuring unit activities are conducted in line with the approved guidelines.

Manage the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems,
processes and practices considering leading standards, productivity improvement and cost
reduction.

Ensure that all section reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet CEER’s requirements,
policies, and quality standards.
- Ensure non-disclosure of confidential information within or outside CEER.

Ensure adherence to the Health, Safety, Security, Environment policies and standards across all
business functions under the department.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor`s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred
Experience: 8 years minimum 3 years in managerial role. Experience with a global automotive OEM and/or major TIER1 automotive suppliers in the field of B2B projects, M&A, strategy and/or business development.
