Job Purpose

  • Implement the relevant services under his responsibility and their dependencies (Mobile App, IoT, V2C, etc.).
  • Facing-off to Electrical Engineering, Service, Aftersales, and Customer Experience (CX) Teams, IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity

 

 

Job Role

Key Functional Responsibilities

  • Implement the roadmap for the mobile app communication development, aligning it with the team goals and customer needs
  • Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of mobile app solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices
  • Research and evaluate new technologies, tools, and frameworks for mobile app communication, such as sensors, connectivity, platforms, data acquisition, and data historians
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, customers, and partners to understand the requirements and use cases for mobile app solutions, and provide solutions accordingly
  • Monitor and troubleshoot the performance, security, and reliability of the mobile app communication and solutions, and implement improvements as needed
  • Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and support resources for the mobile app communication and solutions

Job Requirements

Education

Bachelor of Science, in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Industrial Technology Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or Related discipline

Experience

3+ years of experience in relevant technical discipline.
