Senior Specialist, After Sales Training

 Job Purpose:

To design, deliver, and evaluate technical training programs for CEER Motors’ dealer and service network, ensuring technicians are fully competent in the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of CEER electric vehicles. The role supports network readiness, high-voltage safety compliance, and consistent technical capability across all CEER service centres. 

Key Functional Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, conduct, and evaluate technical training programs relating to CEER EV systems, high‑voltage safety, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
  • Deliver instructor-led, hands-on, and digital training sessions across technical training workshops, EV labs, service centres, and classrooms.
  • Develop and update training curricula, technical content, training manuals, presentations, and assessments in line with CEER standards.
  • Conduct written and practical assessments to measure technician competency and readiness.
  • Maintain training materials, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with product updates and engineering releases.
  • Support the preparation of the annual and quarterly training plan to meet departmental and network requirements.
  • Track trainee performance, attendance, and certification status; maintain accurate training records.
  • Provide feedback on technician skill gaps and recommend training interventions to the After-Sales Training Manager.
  • Support new model introductions by developing and delivering product launch technical content.
  • Ensure all training activities comply with EV and high-voltage safety protocols.
  • Assist in piloting and validating new training tools, equipment, and teaching methodologies.

Key Managerial Accountabilities:

  • Contribute to achieving departmental objectives by delivering accurate, high-quality training and meeting assigned targets.
  • Support the implementation of policies, procedures, and controls covering all assigned training activities.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in training processes, materials, tools, and trainee performance.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all reports, submissions, assessments, and documentation within the training function.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of CEER internal information, training data, and proprietary technical content.
  • Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) standards, especially EV and high‑voltage safety practices. 

Job Requirement:

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electro‑Mechanical, or Automotive Engineering. EV/High‑Voltage Certification preferred. 

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of automotive technical experience, including diagnostics and repair. Prior experience in technical training is preferred.
