Job Purpose

• Work to guarantee the on time and on quality delivery of different program milestones.
• Continuously driving cost optimization.
• Effective supplier relationship management
• Supplier performance improvement

• Develop part as per defined supplier strategy
• Analyze costs and negotiate suppliers and contracts
• Process quotations
• Perform accurate and timely supplier selection
• Achieve annual cost improvement
• Manage the commodity in the BOM to which the buyer is assigned by Commodity Leader
• Inquire, evaluate and select suppliers according to the approved supplier panel, specifications, quality expectations, and market competitiveness
• Effective supplier relationship management
• Evaluate and assess supplier’s quotations to ensure commercial, technical and quality requirements are achieved.
• Liaise between suppliers, manufacturers and relevant internal departments, and stakeholders
• Track and report savings
• Conduct other procurement related tasks as assigned

Education

Bachelor’s degree / above

Experience

Senior Procurement Specialist – Candidate should have 4 to 5 years of experience in Purchasing.
