Job Purpose

This role will be responsible for executing HR Talent Services, HR operations and employee onboarding activities for CEER’s Manufacturing, serving as the point of contact for employees. Responsibilities include efficiently handling employee inquiries and requests, fostering a supportive HR environment, and ensuring high satisfaction throughout each stage of their journey. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Services & Onboarding:

  • Lead the onboarding process for new hires and Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure day 1 readiness is completed prior to the joining.
  • Ensure all pre-joining requirements and documents are completed as per onboarding process.
  • Conduct the new joiner orientation and plan their Business Orientation.
  • Handle all day-to-day HR operations and ensure accurate employee records in HR systems.
  • Handle employee requests related to contracts, transfers, promotions, leaves, letters and benefits.
  • Enrolling employees in health insurance benefits, life insurance and renewal process.
  • Administrate the addition and deletion under the medical insurance policy
  • Create and Update employee records in HR system in timely manner.
  • Maintain the employee’s files as per the internal guidelines.
  • Handle employee leaves and business travel requests.
  • Handle and support grievance, employee’s violation and disciplinary actions.
  • Track and manage employees contract expiration and renewal.
  • Support in the offboarding process as per the internal procedures in coordination with the process stakeholder.
  • Track and conduct Exit interview.
  • Advise employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Support audits and compliance requirements related to HR documentation.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to improve employee engagement and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics (e.g., headcount, turnover, service SLAs).
  • Ensure HR processes comply with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee information.

General Duties:

  • Working in special projects and ad hoc operational tasks as required.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of relevant regulations and policies.
  • Prepare and submit necessary reports and documentation.
  • Provide support for organizational projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Assist in managing and resolving administrative issues and inquiries.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures.
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels to provide HR guidance based on local labor laws and best practices.
  • Act as the liaison - and escalate as needed - on all operational business aspects.
  • Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth workflow and process improvements.
    Handle correspondence, scheduling, and documentation efficiently.

 

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

Prefer with a professional certification, such as SHRM-SCP, CIPD.

Experience: 

  • 4-5 years of experience in Employee Relation, Personnel, Talent Services, HR Operation roles.
  • A good knowledge of Saudi labor law and government relations.
  • A good understanding of the principles of good HR practice.
  • Excellent Excel and Power BI skills.
  • Microsoft Software: Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills (Arabic and English) both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in relevant software.
