Job Purpose:

This role is responsible for supporting the management and optimizing the CEER website to deliver a secure, high-performing, and best-in-class customer experience through effective design, development, integration, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

 

Key Functional Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the design, development, testing, and deployment of website solutions in line with industry standards and best practices.
  • Apply cybersecurity principles and secure coding practices across front-end and back-end development.
  • Check website performance, security, and reliability regularly, and implement corrective actions when needed.
  • Operate and maintain website architecture, ensuring smooth functionality and integration of public-facing applications.
  • Perform troubleshooting and issue resolution for technical and performance-related problems.
  • Prepare documentation, training materials, and support resources for website operations and solutions.
  • Organize and maintain the website development roadmap, aligning with internal goals and customer needs.
  • Track progress of website projects using agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
  • Analyse emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance website capabilities and efficiency.
  • Gather requirements from product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to develop tailored solutions.
  • Develop automation capabilities to streamline deployment processes and improve development efficiency.
  • Set up SEO strategies and implement best practices to optimize website visibility and ranking.
  • Help cross-functional teams by clarifying technical requirements and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Keep the website updated with the latest security patches, performance enhancements, and technology trends.
  • Clarify technical issues and guide internal teams and external partners.
  • Coordinate with Commercial, IT Infrastructure, Test & Validation, and Cybersecurity teams to ensure seamless operations

 

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Industrial Technology Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Experience: 0 - 3 years of experieence in the automotive industry or any relevant field.
