Operations Quality

Key Responsibilities:

  • QMS Development Support: Assist in developing and implementing our Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
  • QMS Core Team Coordination: Support the QMS Core Team in coordinating efforts and activities to align with organizational goals.
  • ISO Certification: Help develop and execute plans to achieve ISO 9001:2015 and related certifications.
  • QMS Documentation: Assist in creating, maintaining, and updating QMS documentation to ensure compliance with quality system requirements.
  • Internal Audits: Support the planning and conducting of internal QMS audits to verify the effectiveness of our quality system.
  • ISO Liaison: Act as a secondary point of contact for ISO-related matters, supporting the QMS Group Leader.
  • Quarterly Goals: Contribute to setting and achieving quarterly goals for the QA team, supporting the overall QA vision and business plan.
  • Audit Reporting: Help audit plant quality procedures and report results to the organization, ensuring compliance with QMS requirements.
  • Non-Conformance Management: Assist in providing internal audit results to leadership and follow up to ensure correction of non-conformances.
  • QMS Training: Support the development and delivery of QMS training materials to employees at different levels.
  • Quality Procedures Implementation: Assist in overseeing the implementation of quality procedures and systems in accordance with QMS requirements.
  • Countermeasure Implementation: Help ensure effective countermeasures are put in place based on feedback from audit activities.
  • Non-Conformance Prioritization: Assist in identifying and prioritizing non-conformance issues from both internal and external audits.
  • Additional QA Tasks: Perform other QA assignments, tasks, and projects as needed.

 

Qualifications:

  • 2-3  years of experience in Quality Assurance, QMS, and ISO 9001:2015 processes.
  • Basic understanding of quality management principles and practices.
  • Good organizational and coordination skills.
  • Effective communication and training abilities.
  • Ability to assist in conducting audits and reporting findings accurately.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Certitied Internal or Lead Auditor ISO 9001:2015
