Job Purpose

  • As a Specialist, Retail Management System, your mission is to ensure the seamless deployment and operation of Proaxia RMS/DMS and other key Sales & After-Sales solutions. You’ll play a critical role in integrating these systems into the CEER IT Ecosystem, while supporting the implementation of Cognitran platforms such as:

    • Vehicle Content Management Systems
    • Service Technical Portal
    • Guided Diagnostics
    • Electronic Parts Catalog

    You’ll also serve as the main point of contact for the Sales & After-Sales team, bridging business needs with technical execution.

 

Key Functional Responsibilities

  • RMS Implementation: Manage supplier relations, support change requests, report progress/delays/risks, and suggest mitigations
  • RMS Integration: Work with suppliers/implementors for end-to-end integration with SAP S/4 HANA, SAP CX Suite, Contact Center, etc.
  • RMS Testing: Lead end-to-end testing and UAT
  • Collaboration:
    • With IT Division: Prepare network/hardware/software requirements for retail locations
    • With CX Division: Gather and prioritize new requirements
  • Technology Recommendations: Suggest emerging tech (AI use cases, License Plate Recognition)
  • Digital Services Integration: Coordinate integration of ePC, Service Technical Portal, Mobile App, Configurator

 

Job Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • Min of 1 year of experience
