As a Specialist, SAP Analytics Cloud, you will design, develop, and maintain advanced analytics and reporting solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). This role enables data-driven decision-making by delivering interactive dashboards, predictive insights, and integrated planning capabilities aligned with business objectives. Knowledge of SAP FI/CO in conjunction with SAC is essential. The ideal candidate will manage the product backlog, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvements to deliver a streamlined user experience with a “WOW” factor.

 

Key Responsibilities

SAP Finance (FI/CO):

  • Understand General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.
  • Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and internal controls.
  • Drive automation and process improvements in financial workflows.

SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC):

  • Design and implement SAC dashboards and reports for Finance, HR, and related operational areas.
  • Develop planning models and predictive analytics within SAC to support strategic initiatives.
  • Integrate SAC with SAP S/4HANA and other data sources for real-time insights.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance across reporting and analytics processes.
  • Provide training and support to end-users for SAC functionalities.
  • Stay updated on SAC enhancements and recommend innovative solutions.

Documentation & Training:

  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.

Soft Skills & KPIs:

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • KPIs include timely dashboard delivery, planning model implementation, predictive analytics adoption, integration success, data quality compliance, and user training completion.

 

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP reporting tools.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of SAC planning, predictive analytics, and integration with SAP systems.
    • Experience with SAP BW/4HANA, S/4HANA, and Business Technology Platform is a plus.
  • Competencies:
    • Expertise in data visualization and storytelling.
    • Strong understanding of financial and operational KPIs.
    • Ability to work collaboratively across business and IT teams.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
